Hi All,

Looking to book the below sector via SQ multicity tool :
KUL - SIN
SIN-MLE
MLE-SIN
The website doesn't allow me to and shows this error
"There are no flights and/or seats available for the journey you selected. Check our latest flight schedules and try searching again for a different flight itinerary."

But there are clearly flights, as when I edited the multicity to MLE-KUL for return, it works.
However, I have a departure flight from SIN-SYD, which is why I require the MLE-SIN leg.

How should I go about this?
Thanks!

Or you can book KUL-MLE return and throw away the SIN-KUL leg when you land in SIN.

From memory you can’t book a return ticket where it ends in a different country to where it starts. Need to book it as separate one way tickets or as suggested a return ticket to KL and throwaway the last sector. You could probably do this by making it a stopover in Singapore on the return sector of days or even weeks or months.

How would that work? Wouldn't the system at Male check your bags through to KL, with Singapore only as transit?
You can ask to short check bags. They may get suspicious but there are many valid reasons. Another way is when you get off in SIN for the transit you can go to transfer desk and say you're not feeling well and they won't transfer bags.

Also leave an overnight transit or even longer transit in SIN when booking flights.
