I was looking at business class return Sydney to London for Aug 10-Aug 24.

Google Flights show SYD-SFO-LHR flying United metal and gives the option to book through Lufthansa (7.5k) and United (11.8k).

Going to the Lufthansa website, I cannot see this option (there are other flights going via Germany with at least 2 stops and flying various short haul codeshares).

Flight Centre does show the 7.5k Lufthansa option.

My question is, if I book the Lufthansa flight through Flight Centre, will I be able to link my SQ account to the booking and earn KF miles and elite miles?

Yes, you should be able to earn KrisFlyer miles as these flights would be marketed and operated by Star Alliance carriers. Assuming you're booking a fare class that's eligible for earning (any business class fare should be).

Booking through Flight Centre wouldn't affect this.
