Long time lurker, but still relative noob, and not a very frequent flyer. But, I've done a lot of reading and I'm hoping I'm heading in the right direction.
I am currently hoarding points so that hopefully in a couple of years I can cash them in for 2 J RTW *A tickets via Singapore Airlines. I have a KF account, VFF and a bunch of Altitude Rewards points via my Westpac Amex.
Have you cashed in for this award before? I'd love to hear of your experience and any tips you could provide. Any maybe what a back up plan could be to make the most out of the points in case we don't have enough. A J upgrade maybe? Looking to travel in 2019 or 2020 so it's ages away, but at the same time, I like to be prepared.
We've not flown internationally in J before, so it'll be an amazing treat.
