SQ Baggage check through to final destination on separate PNR?

I am looking for advice/recent experiences with checking baggage to its final destination with SQ. We are flying from Canberra to Singapore on SQ flight, part of one ticket CBR-FRA (with an 8 days stopover in Singapore). Three hours after landing in Singapore we have Velocity rewards seats...

"As it currently stands, SQ do allow through checking of baggage - even on separate tickets - to anyone they have an interline agreement with. So they will through check to most legacy/formerly-known-as-full-service carriers. They will not through check to LCC's.

Is this still the case? Just wondering if Sq will interline to Sk (Scandinavian) at Cph: Syd-Sin-Cph on Sq award and Cph to Kef on Sk paid ticket so separate PNRs, Transit time in Cph is ~ 2 hours so not having to collect and recheck baggage at Cph is critical!

TBMK yes SQ will allow it - the problem you may run into is SYD checkin agent - they do not always possess the knowledge and a few years back I have personally witnessed an agent too lazy to try - good luck but I think you will be ok.
