Last year it took nearly a week for it to sell out at the winery after the 24 October release email and appeared at retail late November.interesting - first time i’ve seen it not sell out on release (within a day), though previous ones cheaper elsewhere beforehand:

The previous 2024 disgorge was the first in the new shorter/fatter bottle, I quite like the new shape. The last Primo Estate Joseph sparkling red I purchased/had was 3 x ‘14 disgorgement, (consumed ‘16, ‘19, & ‘23) this latest release bought directly from Primo Estate doesn’t align with my previous experiences of it, and I’m a little disappointed. The bottle shape has also changed quite a bit.
Maybe it needed a bit more time to settle?
I used to rate it above the Rockford BS but no longer.
+1 though i might still have one leftThe last Primo Estate Joseph sparkling red I purchased/had was 3 x ‘14 disgorgement, (consumed ‘16, ‘19, & ‘23)
