No, at the winery I am not a stonewaller (unfortunately). Next release will be 1st of November
I'm pretty sure Bud Burst Brigade members at Rockford can still get the sparkling Black Shiraz, I put in an order with them on Monday and although I didn't get any Black Shiraz, it was still available on their price list

I was at the winery earlier this month and you can definitely get up to 3 bottles, I didn't get any though as it wasn't my style and instead got the BP. Was told only BP and the sparkling Shiraz are capped at 3 each and no limits on the rest of the line.
FYI it was my first visit and I walked in without prior booking etc definately not a stonewaller

I had one of these as part of the cellar door freebie. It was pretty average I thought. Not worth the money at any price. I'd rather pay more and drink something better.
Cellardoor has Seppelt Original Sparkling Shiraz NV for $15.50 - is it a good deal and more importantly a good sparkling?

As I mentioned, the quality went down hill when they moved it from a vintage to a NV. That was a buy price for me when it was vintage and represented pretty good value for money given the quality. The NV at the price is ok. It's not a blow your socks off wine. Then again it is only $15.

My advice would be to grab a single bottle at Dan's or where ever and decide for yourself whether it represents value.

Dan Murphy’s still have this on sale. We had it for Xmas lunch last year and was fantastic value.

Would this be any good?

I believe it is made by Tanunda for CM.

Ok, we have a thread on Champagne but I prefer my bubbles in a sparkling red, Shiraz if possible. A couple of years ago (fortunately it now seems) there were plenty of SS deals but haven’t seen anything since then and my stocks are getting perilously low.

So, anyone spotted any good deals lately, I’m sure there are some fellow lovers of the red bubbles out there to keep this thread going!

Qantas wines have Bests ‘17 on a QFF points sale atm that caught my eye - not sure what it is like though
