Arajet calls themselves a LCC, however they have 8J Recliner Seats like Virgin Australia. However, Arajet doesn't have J service in their 8 recliner seats, but more in the style of Spirit Airlines' "BIG FRONT SEAT" where you only basically pay for the recliner and extra leg room. Both their J Recliners and Y seats have the same seat model (with USB plugs) as VA's incoming new seats.
Arajet can sometimes be a 'Value Carrier' despite their Y class being basically LCC like VA. No Pre-Booked meal functionality available, but hot meals available for BoB in Y.
