Something Glitchin': Can't Link Flybuys to VA?

What am I missing here? Haven't used Flybuys in years, so had to re-create an all-new account but cannot seem to link it to my Velocity account. What's the story here?

I had the same issue the other day. Shutdown the app, restarted phone and logged into my velocity account on pc and it was showing it was still linked, I clicked on link account again and reopened the app and it was fine. Which step actually I have no idea if anything I did made adifference but it was fine afterwards.
