I was interested in this deal as I'm keen to go somewhere and just chill for a week. I was thinking that staying there using the Accor Plus dining/drink discounts and platinum benefits would probably be good enough for a little bit less money.
I took a look at the other thread for feedback on this hotel there weren't many reviews. Any feedback on how the hotel applies benefits, room upgrades?

I guess you don't need to worry too much about the dining benefit as all meals are included. I also suspect the free bottle of wine is some rubbish Balinese made wine. I wonder if they'd give you a couple of beers instead.

I'd also be interested in how the Sofitel compares to the Conrad in Nusa Dua. If anyone has been to both and can comment.

Hands down the Sofitel is the better property, and in a better location. Stayed once a few years back as an HH Diamond and went back to Sofitel after a few days later.

That's useful to know. What aspects did you find better other than location? I was relatively impressed by the Conrad but would be keen to give the Sofitel a go in future.

I agree with sjf. I don’t stay over that side too often but I much preferred the Sofitel over the Conrad. I think the food is better there and the staff tend to go the extra mile for you. I do love the layout of the pool and the pool villas

It was early 2019 when I was there so not sure what changed. Apart from the location, it seemed dominated with tour groups and was generally a bit more dated than the Sofitel. Staff at Sofitel were also quite a bit more accommodating to requests. Saying that we got upgraded to the private section at the back which was nicer than the rooms in the main block and the sauna and cold plunge were awesome also.
