Sofitel Fiji and ALL+ Explorer - best value for 5 nights?

not the question you asked.. but are you having any issues booking that sofitel?

I'm trying and at the last step once I pick the room, it says no rooms available.
Try ringing 1300 363 637, the ALL central reservation (number for Aust) to do your booking The rep is able to offer the same rates as on the Accor ALL sites. Avoid the Sofitel's own website. It was offering me higher rates.

Nanuku Resort Fiji could be a good option.
Thanks for recommending this. I just had a look on Luxury Escapes and it looks like I can get four nights in August for approximately $5,000. And with my Citi Prestige card, I get the fourth night free. So that would bring it down to around $3,700 for four nights. I think I could swallow that.

A much better proposition than $6,000 for four nights on Tokoriki, (taking into account the fourth night free on Luxury Escapes there too),

Thanks. Rang today and booked using points. Was the same price etc. I still have the bug

Ok to round this out, all booked. Final rate was:

$4,979.69 - 5 nights in a Luxury room with Beach Club access (published rate)
$4,494.00 - Accor Explorer+ rate
-$430.64 - 12,000 rewards points (the maximum and 59 left :) )

$4,063.36 final cost.

Oh and a few days later, we got an email about complimentary day trip to Seventh Heaven - apparently worth FJD$169pp. Included in Waitui Beach Club access, apparently.

And seats 17 E/F from SFO on the way there. Noice.

Is the beach club access something you have to add on or is it included? I made a booking here recently but don’t recall it as an option.

EDIT- I see it now. Only an extra $200 so I’m def rebooking this.

Just wondering if it’s worth using my free suite upgrades here. Has anyone stayed in the Sofitel Suites? Looks like it’s an additional $200 to use them so it would be $1,900 for 2 nights in the suites.

I too have been looking at booking a stay at the Sofitel Fiji and was considering signing back up to Accor plus. I had allowed mine to lapse due to less travel in recent years with young children.

I was looking at roughly a week in early June (3rd-10th) but flexible with dates. Can anyone see if the prices are better with the Accor plus? I cannot see as I don't have a log in.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Could 4&7 share a bed with each other or an adult? Know I couldn't and would stump up the extra $$ - but maybe too young for a top bunk. Just the Nana in me thinking out loud @Jeff12 🤭
