Hi everyone,

I am planning to stay at the Sofitel Darling Harbour during Vivid Sydney in August.

Have any Gold members here being successful in obtaining upgrades / gifts / drink vouchers ?

And how are the breakfast / afternoon tea / canapes nowadays at Club Millesime compared to the pre Covid days ?
Is it still worthwhile to pay for the Club Millesime ?

All replies are much appreciated. Thank you.

One thing that's worth noting is that with Gold even if the next available category is a Club Millesime room, you get the room upgrade but not access to the lounge.

It might be worth seeing if they have availability to let you use it once for $75 then upgrade your stay if you think it worth your while

As an Accor Plus Silver member, I've received drink vouchers on check-in. In fact we were there just for one night. At check-in it came up in conversation that a friend was meeting us for dinner. They generously gave an extra drink voucher for my friend. I thought that was a lovely touch.

Wow, that is great!
