Slowness in FF points coming through

Hi There. I dont't travel a lot but am a QANTAS FF member. I went on a trip to the UK in October using QF and Emirates. The ticket was purchased through Emirates but Syd-LHR was QANTAS aircraft & return was Emirates. I applied to claim my FF points early in November online via QANTAS but nothing happened. After about 3 weeks I called QFF & they took the details of all my flights again but am still waiting. My daughter who also tried to claim a LHR - SYD flight on Emirates on her QFF is also still waiting. Is this usual?
If it is how long do you have to wait to get your points?

Yes that's right. None have come through.

The outward flight was QF Sydney - Dubai then direct connection same QF dubai - LHR. Return was EK LHR - Dubai then EK Dubai - Sydney. Ticket was bought direct with Emirates.
