Slow / Inconsistant Points & SC partner posting

I have several legs on AA in the US in the last couple of weeks.
Out of 5 legs I had only 1 has posted after 1-2 weeks.

Should I be concerned ? And start calling Qantas?

I've had QF flights taking a few days to post.. maybe jsut slow overall..
