just wondering if anyone has used any of the apps to help you sleep.

Any other white noise or sleep story ones recommendations appreciated

Thanks

Haven't tried any sleep apps but have used sleep sounds / rain sounds/ white noise type playlists on Spotify. Many to choose from. Can download for use offline.

I've used 'White noise' (iOS at least) for years. Choice of many types of background noise (I use waves crashing onto a beach).

I run it when there is minor background noise, esp when travelling or if there is likely to be occasional noises. Also when I'm a bit frazzled (travelling) and trying to sleep, it relaxes me a bit.

I really like "Smiling Mind". They have a whole series on sleep.

My family make good use of the Headspace app. One paid download synced across all devices on the same family account.

The children use the sleep casts to assist them off to sleep, and it seems to work well as a guided meditation. I'm haven't made use of it myself.

I have Moongate and I absolutely love it.
I track my sleep with my Oura and definitely notice a difference when I use Moongate. Particularly like the theta beats.
