Six hour transit in Dubai

Hi there

Flying Emirates MEL-LHR on 14 Feb and have a six hour transit in DXB from 1010 till 1630, I haven't been to DXB before, will i have enough time to fit in a quick city tour?

Suggestions please.

You could probably catch a Taxi and go the the Al Fahidi Fort and accompanying Dubai Museum.

ISTR its quite close to one of the major Souk's in the area so that could also be interesting.
