I haven't departed SIN for a long time so would like to know what is the earliest I can check in for QF52 SIN-BNE. Is there a T-3 rule operating per QF flight or can you check in for BNE once the earliest flight (PER I believe) opens? Thanks :)

The information you seek is readily available on the Qantas web site: link

It seems from the link that you can also use the Early check in Lounge ( behind T1 row 5 ) between 10:00 and 15:30.

Seeing that the QF lounge does not open until 14:30 what options would I have as far as other lounges to use if I check in before QF lounge opens? I am Platinum flying QF J to BNE.

Thanks for any suggestions. It's been a while since I flew from Singapore.

EK432 SIN-BNE departs at 1515 so the EK lounge should be open ~3h prior to that.

And it is the superior lounge in my view so a no-brainer if you need/want to be there early.

Thanks for your replies. That's great. I didn't realise I could use the EK lounge. Is there a CX lounge there too?

There is a BA lounge but not a CX lounge in that terminal (I believe, could be wrong - only ever been in EK, BA and QF).

The lounge CX uses is operated by one of the ground services companies (Danta). It used to be jointly operated by CX and Danta as the Skyview Lounge, but it appears that CX no longer partners to run the lounge.

There is also the BA lounge near the QF lounge and the MH lounge in T2.
JL uses the SATS lounge (between the QF and BA lounges), but as a 3rd party oneworld lounge you can only use that when flying with JL.

No CX-operated lounge. There is a BA lounge but that opens at 1500 so not helpful in your situation.

Bu663r! Two visits to SIN in that time - the EK lounge had far nicer soft product IMHO than the QF zoo.

My last two visits I've had a meal and drink at the QF zoo then retreated to the BA lounge for a bit of quiet and use of showers. My plan of attack when there early next year given EK lounge not an option.

Ah yes .. The old QF First lounge ... Good idea ...
