I was a long time Gold with QF but didn't travel much during Covid, and now soft landed at Silver.
As a Silver I believe I am entitled 1 lounge invitation that I can use, however, I can't really locate it.
I can see 1 invitation in my account, which, if my memory serves me right, is from past few years with various credit card promotions.
My QF annual date is 1st of March, and the one still valid with an expiry date of 14/10.
So is the Silver invitation something automatically added to your account (which I assume so), or I need to chase it?
What's the best way to reach QF support given the crazy waiting time these days over the phone, with such a minor request?

Once logged in you should see the invitation at this page:

From the above page you'll be able to link it to a QF booking or enter JQ booking details.

Silver vouchers are automatically added and will display on that page when still valid.

Thanks, yes I was there as in my OP, and there is 1 invitation which I don't think coming from my Silver status.

huh. I thought it was always 2 lounge invitations for silver! (Never sought to use them, so never knew otherwise!)

Ever since QF moved to Silver/Gold/Plat tiers in 2001 they've only included 1 invitation. VA and NZ both include 2 at their silver tiers.

In the case of the OP I think they've had one expire without realising it. The portal doesn't show expired vouchers but it does show those that are within validity but have been transferred/used.
