I put this in the too hard basket. And that's before I even started thinking about whether it is right to exploit, let alone tell others about, mistakes that allow you to obtain something for less than its offered cost - even if it is a big company that can look after itself.
In the end though, I'd answer no, given:
a) It's not what this forum is about in my opinion - free exchange of information and experiences,
b) There are avenues to keep things more private if desired,
c) we are not the only place these matters are discussed
d) there's too much grey to easily moderate - eg, DSC vouchers are one person's glitch, but another person's very sensible marketing tool by QF that generates upfront revenue and future bookings
e) it would eliminate a means to give feedback to companies that may be lurking - eg, DSC vouchers many of us have said if these are denied we won't be making use of DSCs in future (80%of my DSC use in the past two years, and 100% of friends/family/colleagues I have directed them to have been vouchers).
f) even though I'm lateish to the party (I have no idea what Brazil or fuel dumps are referring to!) I have benefited greatly from this forum and it is mainly from posts (I don't have time or opportunity to attend many events) so to cut it off now would feel like it was hurting future kermatus.
Anyway, great thread and question OP.
