I recently booked a jetstar flight using a Qantas credit. I can see the booking in my QFF account and by manage booking in Jetstar but have not received an e-ticket/itinerary from either airline. I can select seats on Jetstar. Is this just a case of two airline confusion or hsd it possibly not been booked properly?

JQ don't actually issue a ticket as such. Once you get the PNR and are able to change seats etc, it's basically the same as a ticket. Just make sure you keep copies of all contact.

A PDF print of all contact will help resolve any issues that may arise later.

I do have an email transcript of “chat” which says the booking is confirmed and payment received so I will print it out. I specifically asked if the booking was valid.
