Shopback Referral

Used a referral from here and must say I am currently underwhelmed by the experience. First purchase I made on 26th Sept & the site acknowledged the purchase was detected. I have submitted (apparently successfully) a missing Cashback appeal. I see they have undertaken to complete the review by 13th Nov. On the very few times I had problems with Cashrewards I found I had a resolution very quickly. Am I alone thinking that 6-7 weeks is a long time to wait for a resolution after providing my screen shots & order numbers etc?

I've had to do it once, and it took a couple of weeks maximum despite giving a similar timeframe, I've only had something not track once over 5 years, I always use the app however, I think the web version can create more issues.

I’ve always had a good, albeit long, response to missing cashback tracking. Often it takes ages to resolve but then quickly posts as confirmed within the usual timeframes.
