That's a total scam since it's impossible to get 20% with those conditions.Worse is the 20% cashback on woolies, min $200 spend but capped at $25

I've had to do it once, and it took a couple of weeks maximum despite giving a similar timeframe, I've only had something not track once over 5 years, I always use the app however, I think the web version can create more issues.Used a referral from here and must say I am currently underwhelmed by the experience. First purchase I made on 26th Sept & the site acknowledged the purchase was detected. I have submitted (apparently successfully) a missing Cashback appeal. I see they have undertaken to complete the review by 13th Nov. On the very few times I had problems with Cashrewards I found I had a resolution very quickly. Am I alone thinking that 6-7 weeks is a long time to wait for a resolution after providing my screen shots & order numbers etc?

I've never had issues using the web version, especially with the browser addon. If the toolbar icon is green, you are good to go.I think the web version can create more issues.
I’ve always had a good, albeit long, response to missing cashback tracking. Often it takes ages to resolve but then quickly posts as confirmed within the usual timeframes.Used a referral from here and must say I am currently underwhelmed by the experience.
