weird, used my card a few times,
first store from a week ago, credit not processed, even though later trans have credited
Chat: said they couldnt find the store, even though it shows up on the map with logo
they said wait 14 business days,o_O
Similar experience... credits for two transactions posted one or two days later with no credit (yet) posted for a transaction in between. Planning to use another shop small tonight and probably contact Chat if no action on missing credit.
 
Only 2 x qualifying purchases made to date; 22nd and 24th. Instant email alerts. I noticed today that the $5 rebates have both posted to my account.

FYI – I had 3 transactions not track since the beginning of Small Shop. I contacted AMEX via online chat and told them of the problems. The chat below indicates that this may be an ongoing problem and we may need to pay close attention to the credits tracking properly:

The automated system didn't pick the transactions as an eligible charge because the merchant used a payment gateway to process the payment. So I have escalated it for you to check for manual adjustments. When accepted, you will see the credits in the next 5 business days

I agree Dr Ralph with the need to check closely. I have had 5 txns not credit across 3 locations. I also had a merchant tell me they don't accept AMEX despite the map showing them as shop small with recent transactions. The Shop Small spreadsheet will be a mess this year!
 
Our monthly contribution to Cancer Council by direct debit generated a surprise SS credit. No SS email received for it.

I've had one not track so far, but I haven't bothered to follow it up. With so much time for Shop Small this year and with all the successful ones so far I'm certain I'll blow past the ten times limit on all my cards before the deadline, even if a few do get missed here and there.
 
Noticed that a few hadn't tracked (all from the first week of Shop Small). Raised via online chat last week and the credits arrived today, so at least they fix it when you complain. Seems that all newer transactions are fine - always seem to get the email now and the credit a few days later, but those from the first week or so of SS were the troublemakers.
 
i think im just going to wait until the end before contacting amex for manual credits,

seems like ive only done 12 and 6 have not credited,
so there might be heaps at the end for me
 
I've found independent bottle shops a good source of nice bottles of wine at half-price (well at least discounted as may not be the cheapest available price) by splitting cards

Went yesterday again with 3rd card, instant email and cashback
 
Just as an FYI, but purchased something from Sonos.com and received a $5 credit. There was no targeted offer etc that I saved to my card. Assuming that it is part of Shop Small.

You can check what the offer was via the Amex full website - if you click on the -$5 transaction, the box expands and it'll say why at the top right (eg "Shop Small Offer").

Ahh! I went in to the savings tab and had no luck. But went into the transaction as you said and yes, shop small top right :).

Pizza Hut too..
 
Bit of an odd one, I've exceeded the 10x limit on one of my cards but the other day I used it at two places I hadn't before and got the notification email straight away anyway. Anyone else seen that?
No credit in the account just yet...
