I'll be flying with China southern in business class with a 17 hours stopover at SZX later this year. I'm planning to leave the airport and stay at a hotel overnight as the arriving flight gets there late afternoon and the departing flight is the following morning.
I'm trying to decide whether to use the free stopover hotel program or to organise my own place. Because of a medical issue I struggle to walk more than 50 m at a time so I'll be using the wheelchair service to get to and from the plane and around the airport. For this reason I'd like to avoid a very large hotel. Something that is spread across multiple buildings or with exceptionally long corridors will be difficult for me. Does anyone know which hotels China southern uses for business passengers staying in Shenzhen?
I also want to avoid being stranded at pick up and drop off. Does anyone know which drop-off point will be closest to the check-in desks? On arrival they usually take you to the exit of the airport but not into the car park/pick up area. If anyone could provide advice on the closest place to get a didi would be, that would also be very helpful
