Second year in a row VA points not coming through for 2nd passenger on SQ

As per the title, has anyone else had this issue?

I'm the primary traveller on the booking and my points come through ok. *sigh* have to chase VA again when I'm back in Australia.

And for the first time ever, my partner has a boarding pass printed at the check in counter with a misspelled middle name. The booking name and online check in boarding pass are all correct.
