Seat selection

Hi

I am a platinum ff booked on QF 9 to London and QF10 home in September.

I am contemplating seat selection in economy, although I go have applied for an upgrade both ways. Any suggestions regarding seat selection welcome. Currently looking at the upper deck.

Upstairs will depend on your height. If, say, below 5'8" then row 32, otherwise 33A or K.

Does anyone know if PE row 24 is blocked off or reserved for WP/P1 in terms of seat selection or is any status able to select this row ?
