Seat selection

I've paid for seat selection on some forthcoming Qatar flights (economy). On the flights where I have not paid for seats, I can make additional changes. But for the flights where I've paid, I can't change them again. Is this normal for Qatar?

Seems to be, I have the same problem.

Stupid system, once you paid for a selection in a class of seats you should be able to change. As it stands I cant even see a seat map which is especially frustrating given the aircraft has changed since booking.
