Seat selection – oneworld® Classic Flight Reward bookings

Hey there, I was hoping to be able to select business class seats now that my flights are booked, but when I log into the airline websites, all my flights show as Seat selection – Not eligible. I'm guessing this is because they were booked through Qantas.

Any tips on how I can resolve this? Beyond calling the individual airlines?

Which airlines? What's your status?
A mix: Malaysian, Sri Lankan, British Airways, JAL. I was able to log into JAL and select so that's a start. I think the others aren't showing up as I'm getting the error:

Your booking is not confirmed yet.

Looking at your post in the other thread, you'll need a new eTicket methinks...

For BA (and QR Qatar) you need OWS OWE status to select business class seats. Or pay a fee. Or wait until T-7days/T-24hrs

You can always pay on BA! But eye-wateringly expensive.

T-7 for BA is only OWR, otherwise it’s when online check-in opens, 24 hours prior (the selection for OWruby is actually pretty good normally.)
 
Given the OP’s post in the other thread (booking not ticketed, flights dropped), it’s also possible that seat selection is not available while the booking is put back together and seats requested from the other airlines.

Looking at your post in the other thread, you'll need a new eTicket methinks...
Agree, @Josh Hamilton , have you received an eticket email since the booking?

The eticket number would start with 081- ...
