Bravo to the ACA - great result - total cash refund of $500 plus $800 worth of travel vouchers.

Disappointed that I had to pursue this with the ACA despite contacting Jetstar directly, sometimes persistence pays off. I just wish business would learn to do the right thing as the time and energy that has gone into this on all sides - mine, Jetstar and the ACA - is counter productive and costly given that it has been ongoing since November and all I wanted was a refund for the fare difference between Star Class and Economy.
