Take care with this one. Looks very genuine and no spelling errors etc but absolutely a scam email.

Is this really a scam? I don't know the sender's address but, if a scam, it was good of them to direct you to your Profile Settings on the App rather than going via the Review button. That's where I would go

Wise offers a security feature where you register a password/phrase communication code that only you know and if it does not appear on any message that is received from them, it is not a genuine Wise communication. I have not received any scam messages purporting to be from Wise to date so I cannot say whether the feature has been compromised but they would have to intercept a genuine communication to copy it. It sounds like too much trouble for scammers to bother with when they prefer the 'scatter gun' approach.

I agree. Always look for my unique pass phrase on any email message. Also get email for any withdrawal (over a certain amount, if you request this.)

Just received another scam attempt related to the QFF hack on my old email I used for my FF account contact .This one is from so it says, Qantas Money , wanting my membership details as my account is overdue and I will be locked out.
Of course I don't have a Qantas Money account and even if I did they would not be asking for my details.

It appears they haven't caught up with the changes.They made it up to look like its come from the survey monkey site ,wufoo .

Yeap, that was mine, (past thread up above), was on Smartphone, was in Melbourne I think, so could hover over sender.
Thought it looked a tad odd after, but lucky I didnt interact.
All the logos of businesses we deal with, its just too easy for the scammers to cut and paste logos.
Will be scary if and when they do catch upto to what we would do, here, in Aus.
