Scams like these

The spelling and wording, not to mention the weird sender address, shows it is clearly a scam. In any case, a gift card can be received digitally without having to be "sent" to a credit card. Would anyone actually be sucked in by this?

Seems quite reasonable just paying $100 to prove I'm not a Terrorist (especially one with a capital T)

AUSTRALIA CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION
DEPARTMENT AUSTRALIA Airport Dr,
Brisbane Airport QLD 4008, Australia

This office of Australia Customs and Border Protection was here for
releasing of your Package of $15.500.000.00usd to your home address by
the delivery agent
that signs for it ( Mr Eze Richard from (RBC) Royal Bank Of Canada
Director Mr. David I. Mckay). However, we have received some
certificates that prove you are the owner of the Package but you don't
have a custom clearance Certificate on your ATM Card

So we required that you will send us your custom clearance Certificate
to show that you are not a Terrorist before we will release your Package
to Eze Richard to deliver it to your home address, also note that
your Package is ready to deliver to your home address once we receive
the custom clearance Certificate of your package and this custom
clearance Certificate will cost you $100.00 and once you obtain this
certificate you will receive your package within a few hours. The $100
can be paid through a bitcoin account or buy a steam wallet card.

Thank you.

I was once asked to join Oz Border Force. Was tempted when they said I'd have a gun. ;)
