John there are easy weight loss solutions. Burn more calories than you consume!! No internet required.

Not that simple.

It would be much simpler if I consumed less rather than eating more to burn more.

And the medications don't help either.

Just spent 14 minutes on the phone with the Indian call centre trying to fix all the errors in my computer. The first "consultant' seem to have a bit of trouble because we couldn't seem to locate the Windows key, which apparently is next to the Ctrl key. We went round and round because, of course, Mac's don't have a Windows key:shock: So after spending 5 minutes on the intro, and a further 4 minutes on searching for a non existent key I was asked to just open the browser to Google and was handed off to the senior "consultant". I was asked to type in V A L I D A T O R and then click on validator.w3.org. and enter my email address into the box. At this stage, I've had enough of stringing them out and told them someone was at the front door and hung up.

They waited 10 minutes and called back. Junior answered the phone and told them we know it's a scam and hung up.

I've said it before, I'll say it again. My partner has the best approach - he tells them they've called the workshop and that their Torana is ready to be picked up. Confuses the hell out of them every time.

Hope you have the engine revving sound as a 'backdrop" in the conversation.

Anyone know what this scam could be?

Trast Logistic a.s. is a forwarding company concentrating on the countries of Northern and Southern America and Europe. Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, the Russian Federation and the Czech Republic are our cardinal areas.

Hello!

My name is Zlata Panich, I am human resource manager of Trast Logistic. The vacancy which I can offer today is called "Correspondence Assistant".

Here is the short characteristic.
A lot of internet merchants with a low prices doesn't offer an international shipping. Our company is looking for a package managers - a people who will receive goods which was sent domestic and reship it internationally. You don't need to place any orders online or waste your time trying to find the lowest price - all the orders will be placed by our billing department. It is very important for us to keep every parcel - consequently we prefer to deal with residential addresses (not po boxes).
Australia and Europe have a significant difference in the prices. Therefore our company buy some items in your country. Consequently we'll conserve about 20-40 percent from European price. It allows us to pay a worthy salary for our employees.
If you'll decide to earn more, we can offer some chance then.
Your job is to receive goods from Australian contractor, to check all of the ware and spare parts presence in the parcel and send them to the final addressee in Europe or Asia.
Occasionally you ought to repack the parcel: combine a few small cargoes in one or divide large cargo into a few smaller. You will receive detailed instructions for every parcel you received.
You will work only with the account opened by Trast Logistic. To avoid the further questions at once - we'll never ask you about your bank account information, credit cards numbers, Social Security numbers, Tax numbers and so on, like fraud companies. Also it's not a MLM, we're not searching for investments and you need not buy equipment for your own money.
We are seeking people, who live in Australia and New Zealand.
If you are interested, please e-mail me and I will give you more information: hrmanager @ trast-hr.com

Anyone know what this scam could be?

Maybe they want you to buy the goods first and then guess what? You suddenly own a lot of cough you cant sell.

A few years ago some friends of mine did make quite a bit of cash doing what the scammer wants you to do.
My friends were contracting for a large eBay seller and it was all legit.

Dealing with Panich could turn into another sort of panic.

Anyone know what this scam could be?

How about they are buying goods with stolen credit card details, and are looking for a cut out to send the fraudulently obtained goods onward. Local residential address doesn't look suspicious (not a freight forwarder), so goods are shipped. When the investigation finally gets underway, you get the visit from the boys in blue.

Zlata Panich
HR Manager
Trast Logistic

Googling the company reveals two similar company names in Germany and Croatia. However neither are exactly spelled the same way as Trast Logistic.

The first and last name would suggest the HR manager is of Slavic background. The Surname Panich is not a very common surname in Croatia but more prominent in Serbia, and it is more commonly seen without the H but rather as PANIĆ. This surname could have Latinised/Anglicised, but this is more likely in the USA.

I did a google of "Zlata Panich" and the only result is the Seek site on Facebook. I can't find what was said, but if I combined "Zlata Panich" and Trast Logistic, it again suggest someone pasted something about "Zlata Panich" and Trast Logistic on Seek's Facebook page.

Plus the custom limits to places like Croatia and Norway are low, a bit more higher if sent as a gift.

I just opened "trast-hr.com" from the email link [email protected] and it did take me to the Croat freight forwarder.

But i did a google of

SWMBO has taken a new approach to the computer virus callers. "You are a thief and you are trying to steal my money"

"Oh no madam, I can assure you I am not trying to steal your money."

"You are a thief, why are you trying to steal my money?"

Rinse and repeat until they hang up.

Weight Watchers is really good. The meals are amazing. They use a point system so you can eat appropriate for your size. You can eat as much fruit and vegetable as you want, except potato, as they have zero points. Personally, some of the meals you've listed here, it does not surprise me that your hungry.

I've also found excellent weight loss results by cutting out coke and beer. For example, I was drinking at least 2 or 3 cans of coke a day, before getting onto the CPAP machine, to keep me awake at work. When I stopped drinking coke during the week, 10 kg gone. Beer, and all booze, has massive calories. Cut one beer a week would be a start. I also try to have at least 2 booze free days a week, usually it's Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday. Another thing I try to do is to not have a beer when I want just one more.

OT but on the diet topic I try not to drink alcohol during the week but prefer to drink light ice tea which has about zero calories.
I even quite like the taste of it. I just need to become a bit more physically active.
My single biggest enemy is cheese.
