Scams like these

My daughter’s friend wrote this about her experience. When people think there’s money involved they tend to panic even though she’s extremely smart, and they go off half coughed.

I believed the SMS was from my bank – and fell victim to a $22,000 scam

When I play it back in my mind, I can clearly see points where I should have twigged – but I was blind to the signals

A really lucky day today. 4 iPhone 14s,2 Le Creuset, 2 sets non stick cookware and a Ninja air fryer. Also offered an Ukrainian lady and a randy Thai woman though several telling me my wedding tackle isn't up to scratch.

I find AFF is ok. Just not sure on the Frequent Flyer site.

I had 3 calls yesterday from Private Number. I answered all 3 calls but did not say a word. Each call hung up in under 5 seconds.

Numbers I don't know I always answer in German (or now Japanese, after the last guy spoke German). Usually my only blocked number that rings me is my father, Have to answer him.
