When we travel, we always have at least one bar of Sard Wonder soap with us, though usually two.
It's like having a washing machine in one's bag.
No matter what one is wearing, Sard Wonder soap does a superb job of cleaning clothes in hand basins of hotels.

I have on occasion foolishly bought the cheaper bars next to Sard on the Coles or Woolworth's shelves. Yes, they worked well - too well, in fact. They often took colour out of some clothes, which Sard has never done yet.

Are there any other fans of Sard out there?
If not, how do you clean clothes while travelling?
Regards,
Renato

*raises hand* I pack a Sards stain remover stick for immediate/remove before the stain sets rinse.

Yup Sards really is a wonderful product. Been using it for probably over 30 years for many different cleaning tasks.

I use that stick for cleaning runners that look like they need to be thrown out. Apply the stick, let it rest for an hour, then using a scrubbing brush and washing powder with hot water, scrub - and the runners then look like new.

Saves having to break in a new pair of runners/jogging shoes etc.
Cheers,
Renato

Always remember that the green Palmolive dishwashing detergent is one of the most amazing stain removers known to man and woman. Drop some oily pasta on your top and the grease cutting power of the detergent fixes it perfectly.
That's it .....back to toast with a thin slice of cheese for Breakfast for Mrscove until her knee is fixed.
