We both had the mushroom and cheese turnover and then I had the modern Nicoise salad.


Mrsdrron then had the black cod and I the rib eye.




And for dessert I had the chocolate blueberry Mille Feiulle and she the pavlova.

The next day was a sea day. Lunch at Kaiseki.




Then dinner in Indochine.

And my red wine.




For mains Mrsdrron had the beef Char Sui and I the chilli glazed ribs. Both good.

I have had a request for what power points are in a verandah suite. I am not good at just describing them and had already taken photos but I couldn't work out how to post them in a conversation using my iPhone. I thought there may be others interested so posting here. This is the Silver Muse. The sister ships Dawn and Moon i think are slightly different.

Next morning awoke as we steamed up the Mekong and were nearing the dock.





Today I was on the Saigon discovery excursion. Problem is at least a 1.5 hour bus trip there and back. It could be worse as if you are on a large cruise ship you can add another hour to that.


The number of motor scooters is amazing.

The top left are USA plugs. The new ones have a third prong but works for the old 2 prong plugs.

Now a drive past the Notre Dame Cathedral which is closed for renovations but a stop over the road at the Post Office.
