So on many recent flights JQ has been pricing Row 1 as follows (the price example is from a OOL-CHC flight).

Seats 1A, 1B and 1C are being sold as "Exit Rows" with seats 1D-F sold as upfront seats (rows 2 and 3 are also the same $15 for an upfront seat).
On a handful on these flights I've purchased the Exit Row expecting no bulkhead in front but instead there has been a wall. Jetstar doesn't publish a seat map on their website (aside from the seat selection option) but as Qantas has now acquired many JQ A320s it's possible to see a detailed seat map of the JQ A320s.
The first version shows Row 1 as not an exit row with a bulkhead wall and then the second version shows 1A-C as an exit row.

Only all my recent JQ flights I've ended up with the first version (bulkhead wall in front of 1A-C) which is rather misleading giving you're paying more than seats 1D-F but receiving the same amount of legroom. Amusingly when JQ boarding all boarding passes in Row 1 scan red because they're an "exit row" despite not really being one.
Has anyone else come across this and found it a bit misleading?
