Quick question.

I have been selecting flights for an impending LONE5 with the ONEWORLD "Round the World Trip Planner".

Looking at flight QF3593 LHR-OSL, but this flight has a comment "international online connection / stop-over traffic only". I will be staing in Oslo for a few days. In this case, would I need to select the BA766 Codeshare?

I am unsure, I believe I need to take BA766. Can someone enlighten me?

This means you cannot book this sector as a stand-alone flight. It must be part of an itinerary that includes travel to/from LHR with Qantas.

Thanks mate, similar to what I suspected.

To further clarify, if I flew MEL-LHR-OSL, this would be fine even though there would be a few days in LHR and a few days in OSL?

yes, that would be ok. They just don't allow the sale of the QF codeshares if you have not included QF travel to get to LHR. Sometimes there are sales restrictions imposed by the governing authorities and sometimes they are restrictions imposed by the airlines themselves where the operating airline (BA) does not want to miss out on part of the revenue by having people in Europe buying the seat as a QF codeshare.
