Yes we mash ours up and spread them on the garden. Very good for our plants, especially our raspberries.

Some like grounds some don't. Everyone Everyplant is pleased if you put them in the compost first.

Has anyone used, or bought a 'massage gun'? Physio recommends for an obstinate calf muscle issue but there are models $100 - $500 seeming to do much the same; expensive ones with more 'modes'/heads but I wonder if they are necessary?

I have this one (Classic, no heat/cool) I know nothing about massage guns but find it helpful for forearm tension and plantar fasciitis. It’s light and compact and can easily be taken travelling. Bob and Brad have a YouTube channel with hints on using it.

Thanks. As it happens, I bought this one - smaller than a pack of cards. I was looking for one with a removable battery, as I want to take it overseas and put it in checked luggage. Seems to be no such thing. So I bought this for $65, from JB hi-fi (using a $50 gift voucher from my Latitude card ) that will go in my carry on (<200g).



I'm impressed! May not need a full sized one.
