Slightly OT but BA has run a few promotions with a free one way upgrade to F, Shrek has taken advantage twice going SYD-LHR rtn.

Qantas has also been known to, they used to do a J return from HKG yearly with a one-way upgrade to F. I should know, my parents once booked me on it, for my sole experience in F. Would have preferred CX though I guess as at least they serve minors :p
