Hello,

Seems my flights this recent weekend have coded as VA in one direction (J reward seat - hence SCs have posted) but coded DJ in the other direction.

Have tried to submit online claim but when I fill the details, the next page is basically blank - is this normal or is there usually a confirmation screen / email to say they've logged the claim form?

/Trying to avoid having to call up.....

Yes you normally get the confirmation page, I did one this morning.

I think most people are making the assumption that the online claim form itself is broken or does not match valid customers to their actual flight details correctly. Numerous people here have been unable to claim valid sectors online. Maybe give it a day or so and then you may have to call if its urgent (awaiting status upgrade for instance ).

People are eventually getting credited but no real way of telling what works and what doesn't yet. This thread gives some of the background to your situation:

My issue is that the SCs are listing as ineligible and lists a DJ flight number (not a VA one).

i think the answer will be to call (unfortunately).

I saw a similar thing happen to me before, where despite selecting a post Jan15 date of the 26-Jan-2013 and a VAxx_ flight number on the online claim form, I helpfully received an email telling me that "my claim for flight DJxx_ flight on the 26-Jan-2013 is now more than 12 months ago, and therefore ineligable." So I tend not to believe anything the pre- or post-Sabre Velocity web site says at the moment, when it comes to eligibility or SC/points balances, not a big deal for me personally, yet, as I don't need to access points or accrue more SC to go up to gold just yet. But for other people it is obviously important to get this stuff right.

I re-sent my itinerary and the claim details by email and they fixed it eventually, probably manually, just like they would over the phone as well I expect.

So there is now a second line in the statement and the SCs have come through.

No idea if this relates to the reporting or happened independently?

Good outcome nonetheless.
