Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City (large group ~75)

Hi all,
Am doing another tour of duty (conference) in Vietnam and have the privilege of trying to find a restaurant that can cater to ~75 of my extended team. Does anyone have any recommendations? Not mandatory to be Vietnamese food.

Have a client who lives in Mui Ne and as a long term resident, running a resort there (and married to a Vietnamese girl), I'm sure he could assist with this query. Let me know if you want me to contact him.

Thanks QF WP for the reply. Ended up booking an american bbq joint ( I know, - my team digs the pig, loves to dine on the swine and put their fork in the pork).... Free flow food and beer for $37 AUD per head... they don't know what they are getting themselves into
