Hi All,

Just thought I'd see if anyone is part of the residential rewards program which offer up to 25% off stays? Mainly interested to see if it's a legitimate 25% off but I have no way of testing. I guess additionally, is the experience being an owner of an accor property pain free?

I have owned a Mantra unit for may years. So long ago that it initially with Outrigger.Both Outrigger and Mantra were easy getting the discounts.
Hard to compare these against Accor because they have been owners of Mantra basically in the pandemic.A dummy booking a little while ago did seem to work at a Peppers.Mrsdrron is an ordinary Accor member.Doesn't do much for us so hardly ever stay at their hotels.

I do wonder if the discount is worth the investment of course I'd need to look at the numbers but we do travel permanently so it may be an option. Do you get much use out of it? I believe that it combines with your normal status level so free breakfast is possible and 50% off restaurants as well if you're a plus member.

We do often stay with Mercure as well and Sebel so I guess we'd have to factor that in.
