Requesting specific seats. [QFF Award booking on JQ]

We managed FF points tickets to Hawaii in July 2010 Jetstar Starclass.

Am I able to request specific seats now or sometime well before check in & if so how do I actually do this?

You can find out what seats are available by doing a dummy booking and viewing the seat map (don't complete it) - careful two of those blocked seats may be yours already.

As to selecting seats, do you have your JetStar booking reference - if so you may be able to do this online. Other than that, call Jetstar on 131 538 (+61 3 9347 0091) and make a request. (Get the JQ PNR at this time if you do not already have it).

We do not have a Jet star booking number..........only a Qantas FF one as that is how we booked it......thru Qantas FF.

Maybe I will try phoning Jet star.............

We recently did the same for flights to Tokyo. Phone QFF and get your Jetstar booking number, then phone Jetstar and they will let you select seats over the phone. You can also ask them to email you an updated itinerary showing your seat numbers.
