Request an upgrade website broken?

Maybe I'm somehow doing it wrong, but I can't seem to get the upgrade request to load properly either on the app or the website.

I've tried a few times over the past few days and keep getting random error messages that don't make much sense to me. Today's is "PNR was not found in the URL"

Is anyone else having issues?
 
I submitted a domestic upgrade request in the app this morning without issue. Is your PNR really big? I've had PNR which couldn't load in the upgrade page and upgrade requests had to be done via the call centre.
