Is there an easy way of getting a replacement QFF card? I can't for the life of me find mine and now BP are using them for points I'll need it.
Also can you get multiple cards? or just one?
I really don't want to call and request one, surely I can do it online? But I can't seem to find any info.

Thanks, yes I have that. But would prefer a physical card. I don't take my phone into the shop, but I do take my purse.

ugh, thanks.
I really hate using my phone to pay for things, guess I might have to just start doing it.

You could print your digital card, ant then plastifie it with a large transparent sticky tape. I do that for some of my fidelity cards with bar code (and even use both side to have 2 cards in one). This makes my wallet light and slim 😎

While it's not too many steps to find the Qantas app, open it, click My QFF in the bottom right, and finally click on the card icon in the top right... it would be lovely if they just allowed for a digital card to be added to Apple Wallet/the few other digital wallets instead. I find a double tap of my phones side button even when it's locked to be far easier to get to loyalty cards and do this for Flybuys, Woolworths Rewards, Boost (not right now), Country Road, IKEA, and other smaller players; not to mention credit cards when it comes to payment. Even Best Western has a digital card (in a digital wallet) these days.

I guess this will be on the back burner now.

OT but how do you put flybuys there? I didn’t think they had it built in.

Otherwise there are apps which just copy the barcode so you can stick those there

If you ordered the Qantas travel money card, doesn't it have your membership card on the other side

I just noticed that the mobile website (not app) now allows you to add your card to the wallet. The link is on the points page.

I'll be a bit nitpicky, but the card doesn't show your FF status, instead just being something with your FF number and a barcode (has a red coloured card at the top). You would think it wouldn't be hard to just pull your FF status and represent that on the digital card too, also means when travel resumes it'll be harder to prove your status without having to open the app/ produce your physical card

Agree, a poor implementation compared to what they did in-app. Hopefully it improves with time, though I imagine development will stall for a bit.

You can get to the card through the following URL without logging in initially: Digital wallet | Qantas Frequent Flyer

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

My physical card is still valid but expires end of March. After flying Jetstar on the weekend, I realised it simply won't do to rely on a digital card. Living in NTL I fly Jetsar more than I care to, and the lounges require both your Jetstar boarding pass and your Qantas frequent flyer card to access the lounge. In Brisbane you have to show the FF card twice if you are going into the J lounge. I usually have the JQ boarding pass up on my phone and my physical FF card in my hand.

I don't want to be messing around with more than one card on my phone just to get in the lounge - so I've outsmarted the system and loaded $50 to my travel card. I'll take it back out once they issue me my new card.
