Renewing silver

I took out one month for silver by c.c., now want to do annual subscription by c.c., only option comes up with PayPal which I did have yrs ago. Don't remember details of pay pal & wish not to pay by this method. The only option for renewing this subscription was either I do or don't have or want to pay by pay pal. There was option to pay by c.c, when I took out the $5 month option. Need help, thank you.

I find Paypal useful as it takes Amex giving points gives and added layer of protection. Sorry, can't make any other comments to help.
