removing stored credit cards

I am in the same situation. I had raised 2 enquiries to them and they were not helpful. It even took 2 weeks or so until they actually responded, and then again long time until the next, and after the second reply they then just dropped the ball and silence. Still not resolved.

Good luck, but if you manage to get it done I'd be interested how :)

they asked me to send an email of screenshots so i've done that.

prior to this while i was being transfered back and forth they also told me to contact my bank to have them removed, that it wasn't possible to have them removed, that they don't store any card details anyway but also you can remove them in the booking screen.

i logged into the website today on my phone (via the qantas app) and i was actually able to remove them, so they seem to have fixed it?

never received a response to my email
