Nope it does not. Only those with life time membership or status.

The VA lounge access is a good benefit.

I don’t understand the removal of the Centurion passes though, when VA wants to launch flights to Doha next year.

I have only just cottoned on to this.

This means no lounge access in international terminals. I cancelled Priority Pass because it was cough. And Silver and Gold Velocity status are bow just too hard to attain and retain.

Although maybe I can get to them by flying international with Virgin codeshare on Qatar planes?

Too hard to attain silver or gold..... Well you do have to fly a few times a year to attain status.

After having status for many years, been in same domestic lounges over and over, I find priority pass rather refreshing with it's many options everywhere.

I'm days away from cancelling this velocity platinum AMEX, ditching the Centurion lounge access for domestic lounge without a guest is totally useless for me.

My experience with Priority Pass is that you pay a significant amount to enter a lounge, and have to pay another significant amount to have a shower. On International travel, access to a clean shower is my main reason for wanting into a lounge. Everything else can be obtained outside of a lounge. Some airports have public showers, but they can be grotty.

In Hong Kong last year, the public shower I used had a blocked drain, which I discovered too late to move to a different one. So I just had to lut up with the water building up aroud my feet, turning off the shower to let it trickle away before continuing. The Priority Pass lounge we used in the other direction had a significant charge for a shower and a significant wait, and wouldn't allow my partner and I to shower together for speed, even as our next flight rapidly approached. For speed they didn't clean the shower after her and before me, but charged us the same amount anyway.
