I’m hoping someone here can help.
We have a redemption booking for 25th April SYD-DUB with SQ in J
ive been holding off cancelling, hoping they would cancel and therefore not be up for the cancellation fee. The last few days Ive received a few emails, saying my flight was cancelled, then they rescheduled it to the following day, now another email yesterday saying its cancelled, when I go online, it wont allow me to do anything (although the booking Is visible with the date being the 26/4)
Do I assume they will just credit my taxes and refund my points?
My friend had a return flight booked, same itinerary but a day later also a redemption booking, she cancelled on line a few weeks ago, her return flight was fully refunded taxes and points, however her flight over they said she would be given a credit. Does anyone know how they calculate the credit for a redemption booking?
Thanks
