Hi everyone

Does anyone know which aircraft (747-400) has been redefined like A380-800 ? I can choose on the option of QF108 LAX-SYD of QF12 on the same route. It usually a A380-800 but this time they have changed it i want to know if i can get the flat bed or not.

QFF have 6 ERs out of their fleet of 20 744s, of which 9 are being modified.

Just for clarity of the 20 744s in the fleet 9 are being modified. There are also 6 ERs in the fleet which have all been modified. Those 6 are included in the 9. As such there will be 11 non-modified 744s which will do less important runs?

Less than that going forward, 4 are to be sold/sent to the graveyard in the near future.

I flew on a non-ER 744 to Sydney from Perth with the new interior. It was the same A/C that had brought the athletes back from London.

thank you for the pics.

Why they put a 747-400 redefined on a flight from Perth to Sydney and old one on Hong Kong to Sydney ?
