Question, according to Qantas, they say that Complimentary Lounge invitations may take up to 14 days to show up in your account .

Is this realistic?

What are your experiences regarding amt of time taken to receive lounge invites that are in your QFF account ready to link to a booking?

TIA

I recently requested two complimentary passes from my ANZ Black credit card on Wednesday.

They showed up on my account on Saturday morning and I immediatily transfered them to my daughter. . . they showed up in her account in a couple of hours

I received my points club lounge passes 3 days after start of anniversary year (3 Feb 2024). Transferred to my sister and it appeared immediately in her account.

It’s always instant for me when transferring to family members. Worse case 3-5 days if receiving from credit cards. Points club was 2-3 days to hit my account.

I haven't received my Points Club (a renewal) 4 weeks after the date they should have been there (i.e. anniversary date of joining).

A pain that they need to be chased up.

A few years ago a similar thing happened with WBC card invites & I had to chase up WBC. Once done they were there in a few days.
